Job summary:

Coming mainly from a technical background oriented towards IT or development, you can complement your knowledge with a communication/e-commerce course. The Webmaster is the creator of the website. He is responsible for the technical management of the website. Subsequently, he participates in writing and editing content (images, texts, videos) in order to bring the website to life.

Main activities

Create, manage and update websites and social networks

  • Think about the structure of the website (architecture, tree structure), its possible developments, its connections with social networks, modify it according to needs, in collaboration with service providers,
  • Create, animate, reference, monitor and administer one or more websites using information sharing tools, 3D composer and other technical tools, ü Website creation,
  • Adaptation of the website to different interfaces (computer, mobile, tablet, etc.) and browsers,
  • Website maintenance (updates, backup, etc.),
  • Creation of new pages,
  • Ensure the security and performance of the organization’s websites;
  • Manage and update the website: manage the information received (contact data) to reinject it into the systems of the services in question, manage the contact data of distributors linked to the information system,
  • Update the website content: news, press, various information, and above all update the products and services available,
  • Manage documentary information, namely catalogues,
  • Coordinate communication actions with other services,
  • Team training in good web practices and content management.

Maintain and improve the website from a technical point of view

  • Monitor hosting, verify website security with appropriate protection measures in place,
  • Check and maintain the proper functioning of the website and web-related operations: sending emails and newsletters, data processing, etc.
  • Writing and integration of editorial, illustrative content, videos, etc., in SEO format,
  • Interventions at any time on the website for modifications,
  • Modernization of the website according to the evolution of the sector,
  • IIntegrate interactive features to improve user experience
  • Ensure daily management of the website, ensuring the quality of content, security and ease of navigation.
  • Ensure continued development of the website by integrating innovative features such as online forms and online donation capabilities, as well as any useful interactive features to improve engagement and efficiency.
  • Website maintenance (updates, backup, etc.).

Develop and track audiences

  • Take care of the appearance (design) and animation of the website as well as its ergonomics,
  • Manage SEO and domain names, secure and monitor the site’s position in search engines,
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic statistics, and report developments, propose improvements or innovations.
  • Writing and integration of editorial, illustrative content, videos, etc.,
  • Interventions at any time on the website for modifications,
  • Competitive monitoring and implementation of best practices;
  • Monitor the range of developments and technical solutions, as well as users.

Requirements for the position:

  • Bac+2 level training in IT or web development is required. The technical aspect proves to be very useful for managing specific tools,

  • Mastery of Web programmatic languages: Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Dreamweaver, XML, ASP,
