From February 7th to 10th, Aubette hosts the 14th edition of the European Bioethics Forum. The event, free and open to everyone, has Artificial Intelligence as its theme this year.

“Since its creation, this forum has been a space for free and open discussion”, immediately announces Professor Israel Nisand, founder and president of the scientific council of the European Bioethics Forum. Bringing together numerous European experts before the general public, this event aims to be a peaceful place, where all opinions can be expressed, and always with respect for everyone.

For your 14thIt is edition, the European Bioethics Forum took as its theme what is at the same time a source of concerns, promises but also of debates: Artificial Intelligence (AI). Medicine, connected brain, human intelligence, education, art, death, ecology, science fiction, morality, weapons… many topics related to AI will be discussed during these four days. Please note that all conferences can also be accessed free of charge online, live and in replay.

The event’s partners, the communities that are the City and the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg, underline the unique nature of this event, which brings together between 8,000 and 10,000 spectators every year. “It contributes to Strasbourg’s influence and is an integral part of our cultural programming”, adds Doctor Alexandre Feltz, deputy mayor of Strasbourg responsible for public and environmental health.
